Terms and privacy

The full documents are the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. In short:

• Your material stays yours. Brand kits, uploads, footage and the creatives made from them belong to your workspace. They are used only to do the work you ask for inside it.
• Nothing runs without your say. Every paid step shows what will be made, and with which model, before you confirm it. A new workspace includes 5 free generations; nothing is charged to you for them, and Brandnetic stops before sending anything to a model once they are used.
• Anyone can create an account. People join someone else's workspace only when an owner of that workspace invites them and they accept.
• You can leave. An owner can deactivate a workspace at any time; everything is kept and can be reactivated. Permanent deletion is available on request.
• Security. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sessions expire, and sign-in and sign-up attempts are limited.
